Thanks to the good folks over at Get Satisfaction for creating this knock-down, drag-out infographic on the ups, downs and cost of poor customer service. There is huge value in quantifying the effect of a negative corporate culture, and it seems to be $83 billion.
Most heartening I find is section three, in which we see the visualization of the empowered, competent people giving a personal customer service experience.
